Audrey studied biochemistry at the university of Tuebingen (BSc) and Free university of Berlin (Msc). After completing her master’s thesis in the lab of Sun Hur (HMS) focusing on antiviral mechanisms of the pattern recognition receptor RIG-I, Audrey joined the lab of Oliver Daumke at MDC Berlin for PhD. During her PhD she investigated signaling pathways of the antibacterial GTPase GBP1. In line with her previous work, she joined Ivan Dikic’s lab in June 2021 as a postdoctoral fellow to explore mechanisms of host-viral interactions.
